Referrals are the highest compliment anyone can give us, and we want to thank you for yours. Goldcrest Homes is proud to offer a Referral Network that gives back.
We invite you to send us your friends, relatives, co-workers, and anyone you think would love living in our fun community. Simply call or email us to let us know you’re sending us a referral. Full details and terms below. Here’s how it works:
1. Call or email us to let us know you’re sending a referral. We need to know you sent them!
2. They meet with one of our Sales Team Experts and complete a Pre-Approval through one of our Preferred Lenders.
3. You both receive a $100 Gift Card to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse!
If your referral purchases a home with us, you will also receive $500 as a thank you from us!
Rules:
- Both parties must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
- One referral per referred buyer. If there are multiple claims to a referral, the referred buyer will clarify who referred them.
- Goldcrest Homes reserves the right to deem a person ineligible to participate should program abuse be apparent.
- Program is subject to cancellation by Goldcrest Homes at any time.
Gift Card Eligibility:
- Referral relationship must be established prior to sales appointment completion.
- Referral will complete an in-person appointment with a Sales Team Member and obtain a pre-approval through a Goldcrest Homes Preferred Lender.
- Referring person will be gifted a $100 Ruth Chris Steakhouse Gift Card within 30 days of appointment and pre-approval completion.
Closing Reward Eligibility:
- Referral relationship must be established prior to execution of Real Estate Purchase Contract.
- Referral must close and fund within a reasonable amount of time following the sales appointment and pre-approval.
- Referring person will be gifted $500 within 30 days of funding completion on the new purchase.
- Only new construction Goldcrest Homes are eligible for reward.
